LSR in Martial Arts (Dagger)
(LSR) is a system developed by Master Henry Gong which emphasizes the correct use of the lower spinal column to add crispness, efficiency and significant power in even simple bodily movements. LSR applies well to everything from sports to everyday motions. By strengthening the lower back muscles, and enhancing flexiblility, LSR also helps to prevent back muscle strain and injuries, the bane of many athletes.
