This October, Master Henry Gong will be holding two seminars on Lower Spinal Rotation[LSR]. These seminars occur in two parts:
- The first half teaches the basics of Lower Spinal Rotation [LSR] as a concept, and a practical part of daily life.
- In the second half, Master Gong will demonstrate its application in a particular martial art discipline.
Everyone from the curious inexperienced to professional athletes are welcome to attend.
These seminars are participatory, and include instructional periods where the audience will have a chance to try what they've been shown.
